We are the Premier CrossFit gym located in Peekskill, NY (Weschester County) – steps away from the Hudson River.

Our location is unique in that we are the only CrossFit facility on the route 9/Hudson River corridor between Dobbs Ferry and Beacon. We are located in a building complex, currently surrounded by other fitness facilities, including Kickboxing, Pilates, Volleyball, and more.

Our gym or “box” is a former warehouse of approximately 2,500 square feet with 30’ ceilings and a garage door to open up the space comfortably. We have two bathrooms for our athletes, including a shower.

Our team of coaches have different coaching styles and specialties, but each of us have the same mission and goals. All are CrossFit Level 1 Trainers with additional certifications.

We offer accommodating hours for our athletes, with hour long classes starting at 5:00 am and last class ending at 8:00 pm – along with classes on Saturdays and Sundays. We pride ourselves on being open 7 days a week and even offer classes on some holidays.

Our training incorporates metabolic conditioning, weightlifting and gymnastics in constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity in an effort to improve upon the 10 physical skills associated with elite levels of fitness (Cardiovascular Endurance, Stamina, Strength,Flexibility, Power, Speed, Agility, Co-ordination, Balance, Accuracy). Fitness is our goal, safety is our standard.

We don’t use machines – we use bumper plates, bars, kettlebells, medicine balls, tires, climbing ropes, jump ropes, gymnastic rings, pull up bars, rowers and our bodies!

Once you have completed Our Foundations classes and have demonstrated the ability to safely and efficiently perform  all of the Fundamental CrossFit movements you will be prepared for the Group WODs.

The Group WOD includes a prescribed warm-up and dynamic stretching and a WOD (Workout Of the Day).   All of our movements have modified alternatives which will are given to each athlete depending on their ability by our coaches.  Scaling and adjusting workouts ensure the safety and effectiveness of each workout for the athletes.
